Molinari received his Ph.D. from Marquette University in 1996 (New Testament and Early Christianity). He went on to spend the next seventeen years pursuing an academic career, which included extensive university teaching (a combined twelve and half years teaching for Creighton University and Barry University) and writing (five books, three audio courses and a variety of scholarly and popular articles related to his field of early Christianity).
At first glance, Molinari might seem to be an unorthodox candidate to be the Director of Education for a real estate education company. However, his career has also included extensive experience as an academic administrator. He has served as the chair of faculties at the undergraduate level (five years), the graduate level (seven and a half years) and administered an online adult education school (two years). In this capacity, Molinari has had ample experience in faculty performance evaluation and adjunct faculty recruitment. He has scheduled classes, conducted long-term coursework planning, and new course development. Molinari has also prepared and administered departmental budgets for the last fourteen and a half years.
Finally, and of specific significance to GREEN, Andrea Lorenzo Molinari advocated for and implemented technological advancements in the classroom, developing from the ground up a video teleconferencing network consisting of thirteen functioning sites in SW Florida. In addition, Molinari founded an online school that utilized video teleconferencing technology as its exclusive mode of course delivery.
It is this extensive administrative and technological background, as well as his growing curiosity for all things real estate, that makes Molinari a solid choice for GREEN.
